ACE is a leading firm providing consulting services in multiple disciplines in Bangladesh since 1958. ACE Consultants Ltd. started its journey as Associated Consulting Engineers Ltd. As Bangladesh became an independent nation in 1971, ACE continued its operation as Associated Consulting Engineers (Bangladesh) Ltd. under Government ownership and served the war-torn young nation in the reconstruction and rehabilitation process. In 1977, the Company was privatized and registered under a Joint Stock Company. In 2002 it was renamed as ACE Consultants Ltd under new private management. ACE provides consultancy services to the government, semi-government and autonomous, private and international organizations both at home and abroad.

ACE is highly diversified in expertise and specialization. As a multidisciplinary consulting house its services cover all fields of civil, mechanical, electrical & electronics engineering, environmental, socio-economic and financial study in a wide variety of sectors like roads and bridges, railways, airport construction, port and harbor, water resources, water supply and sanitation, electricity generation and transmission, oil, gas and coal energy; rural and urban infrastructure; dwelling houses, office buildings and factories; information and communication technology and other social infrastructure sectors; etc.

ACE has undertaken a large number of projects financed by major donor agencies like World Bank/IDA, Asian Development Bank, United Nations Development Program, Commission of the European Communities, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, UNDP and Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development Saudi Fund for Development, Department for International Development, USAID, CIDA, DANIDA, UNICEF, etc. Further, it has rendered consultancy services in the past and is rendering similar services at present in many projects financed and undertaken by the Government of Bangladesh.
